The 'correlation' may be that you are now sleeping on your back with the CPAP??? Sleeping on one's back means the feet are pointing up during sleep??? Are the sheets too tight on the end of the bed and stressing your feet??? What happens when you wear slippers to bed to protect the toes and arch of your feet??? Un-treated apnea is known to be somewhat better on one's side. The feet facing sideways don't have any pressure from the bed covers. Just a thought.
