My feet hurt like that when my body is retaining water. Do your feet look swollen and puffy in the morning? The only correlation between CPAP and water retention (if that's what it is) may be that since you are sleeping all night instead of being up every two hours for the bathroom, that your body is retaining water. That's just a layman's guess. My heart goes out to you with your sleep issues. Good luck.
