Darlin' you are wonderful!!!!! I am going to check that out tomorrow after my MRI. My podiatrist says I have a bursa and bursitis. If you don't know what a bursa is: it is a padlike sac or cavity found in connective tissue usually in the vicinity of joints. It is lined with synovial membrane & contains a fluid that reduces friction between tendon & bones, Tendon & ligament or between other structures where friction is likely to occur.
And of course bursitis is the inflammation of the bursa. And it hurts LIKE H*LL!!!! Podiatrist took off soft cast but had me wrap it back up in ace bandage and continue to wear post op shoe to protect it, gave me a cortisone shot, HURRRRRTS, REALLY BAD TOO and I can handle needles with no problem!!!!

I rinsed out my CPAP hose and mask today and set them up to air dry today, hoping that might help since I have alot of dust in my house, that the excess dust might have some effect on why I can't sleep with the CPAP at night too. IF it's dry by time I am ready for bed, I'll try to use the CPAP machine but I have to get up earlier than I normally do for an MRI.

Someday, I'll get some really good sleep, maybe during spring break which comes up in a few weeks in March, but in the mean time, listening to the Relaxation music on the tv helps me to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Now, if I could just get the cats to go to bed at night...
