Two warnings:

1) Do not use distilled water from a gas station! It generally has lead in it!

2) If your CPAP is dual voltage (most are) do NOT use a voltage converter. It is unnecessary and may create its own problem. You can use a simple adapter for the difference in the shape of the plug.
