The difuser on the ResMed Activa can be modified to point in any direction, including up. Use a razor blade to cut away the cap part of the difuser from the rest of the support. Then use only the cap and point it in any direction. Sorry that this site does not support the posting of pictures. I would post a picture of what I have done with mine.
