Yes, the exhaust stream is the worst problem for me too. I like to sleep under the covers, but the exhaust becomes noisy and the fact that I use a heated humidifier causes the temperature to be higher under the covers. I'd like a hose that carries the exhaust stream far away. I posted this on the "wish list" a long time ago.
