Stupid Questionnaires

I haven’t been retitrated for a few years now, so I decided that it’s time. At night and again in the morning, they make you fill out stupid questionnaires. Here are some of the questions:

• How long after lying down did you decide to fall asleep?
• How long after you decided to fall asleep did you actually fall asleep?
• How do you feel about the idea of being assisted by a machine? (I’ve been on CPAP over eight years now).

Do other sleep labs hand out similar questionnaires?
