I hated the red mark over the bridge of my nose too. Tried putting that soft "breathable" tape over the bridge and that helped a little. Again, I found the nasal pillows or nasal prongs to be great. I'm surprised they left such a mark on your cheek. Were you sleeping on your side? Anyway the air hose to the pillow should have been going down across your chest, not up across your cheek.
