The simplicity is made by Respironics. The headgear has a very long strap that goes over the head but I used a safety pin to shorten it. I really don't tighten that strap much. I just hold the mask on with the side straps. I sleep with the exhaust pointed to the top of my head and the hose down toward my chest. There is a clip provided on the mask to clip the hose to your sleeping clothes. You can also wear your glasses with this mask on. Nice if you read a little or watch one more tv program before you fall asleep.
