Be sure you have a good fit, and either buy or make a strap configuration that fits and controls the tubes, so that they don't push the nosepiece away from your face due to the air pressure and your movement.With the NasalAire II, as a side sleeper, you could reconfigure and attach your CPAP hose to run down behind your back instead of looping those little tubes back around to fasten to the hose on your chest. I've used mine that way for most of my time on the machine, with my own elastic band set-up. By the way, "I am woman" and hair style is an issue!
