You need to go back to a Puritan Bennett APAP to get the relief you seek from the ramping in the morning. The 420E which is the latest APAP model from P&B, has an adjustable s/w switch for turning off or on command on flow limitation. If you had a 420E, that would limit the morning ramping you are experiencing now. Respironics APAP's have no such adjustments.
