This may sound a little weird, but a long time ago I began to feel like my CPAP was a teddy bear when I went to bed. I look forward to putting it on and drifting off to sleep with it. Sometimes when I feel like sleeping on my stomach and I take off the mask for an hour or two, I've found I still put my hand next to my mouth and nose (like a mask) just because it's comforting. Is this too much information?
