Thank you for your reply! The thing is that I'm not overweight at all. I'm very much on the lower side of what is normal for me. My doctor said that some people can be too small and it compromise the airway. I guess possibly my neck anatomy or something of the sort is too small. I don't know how she can tell this. I would think that an ENT might possibly be able to tell me this, but who knows. I currently exercise as well. Has anyone heard of the dental devices? I read that they are pretty good at treating mild to moderate apnea.
