The thing is that you cannot buy a CPAP without a prescription. To get a prescription you need to see a doctor and the doctor has to be in a position where he can justify putting you on CPAP (otherwise he could get sued if anything bad happened to somebody). I think you should talk to a psychologist/psychiatrist. These people would be able to explain to one of their colleagues about your agoraphobia. Maybe they could work something out where home diagnostic equipment could be used and brought into your home. Maybe a sleep specialist could make a house call.
