dental devices ? make sure you find someone reputable...they can affect your bite, etc..i had one test where the results with the device was worse than with nothing, but that's just me...yes, some people say they don't work for severe cases...

as far as the airway, and weight, i heard that i have a narrow airway as well. my weight is 180, i'm 5'9" and 49 (male) but i had trouble sleeping when i was 150 and less than half my age...

it is strange seeing overweight people and normal weight people both with sleep apnea...makes me wonder...
