Can't seem to fall asleep w/o CPAP?

Posted by sleepw/omachine on April 04, 2008 at 05:16:10:

I have been sleeping w/machine for a little over 10rs & had surgery years ago and recently have lost a decent amount of weight and wanted to try to fall asleep w/o machine to see if I was jolted awake or not. No matter how tired I am, I can’t seem to allow myself to fall asleep w/o machine. I think I have some kind of mental block, have you heard of something like this before?
