Hello,

The high risk of stroke and heart attack that slepp apena brings would motivate me to seek treatment.

Now there is evidence that the hypoxia of sleep apnea kills off pancreas cells and that brings about type II diabetes.

These are real and hard fast problems. Wanting to guess about treatment is like asking if you should guess about cancer treatment.

Sorry if that sounds like "hard" advice, but it is the truth. Read up on sleep apnea.
