Measurement Equivalents

Pilots like me are accustomed to air pressure--more specifically, barometric pressure--being expressed in terms of inches of mercury (in Hg) or its metric equivalent kilo Pascals (kPa). Is there an equivalence between these unts of measure and cmH20?
