I have used a standard cpap for 9 years. Last Oct I got a Remstar auto Apap. I love it. it is so quiet compared to the old machine. It lowere the pressure when I exhale and is self adjusting. When I went in for my new titration in Oct I had a terrible sinus problem and could not sleep during the titration part of the test. My dr said the part of the test without the machine confirmed the apnea again. That was enough because the new Apap would be adjust to my needs. Meeko
