The dimensions and other specifications are in the manual and can probably be found on the internet as well. Most CPAPs work equally well with 110 and 220 volts and either 50 or 60 cycles(however some airplanes have 400 cycles). If you intend to power the CPAP from the electricity on the plane, you will not need a battery (otherwise you will). Even if the device is remote controlled, you should operate it manually on the plane.
