Before I started using a CPAP for sleep apnea, I had to get up to pee in the middle of the night, every night. Several times, I dreamed that I was up peeing in the bathroom, and I wet the bed. Now that I'm using a CPAP, I never have to get up to pee in the night. There is a connection between apnea and night-time peeing and snoring. The screaming thing may be "night terrors" which some people with apnea also have. Good luck. No need to be embarassed; it's probably just an apnea problem.
