tips on Not sleeping on back pleas

Posted by mikeinboston on May 01, 2008 at 13:31:39:

Wow,

It has been a long time since I posted. I had surgery that fixed a lot of my MMA a few years ago, but noticed I have been more tired lately. I had a sleep test, and I have some mild to moderate symptons. nothing close to what was before the surgery.

Anyway, my doc suggests sleeping on my side. ( I slept on my back through the whole study). Anyone have any tips to accomplish that...I know about a tennis ball sown into the nightshirt.

Maybe a product or something?

Thanks so much,

Mike
