Just diagnosed - advice?

Hi everyone,

I have just been diagnosed with 'severe' obstructive sleep apnea and am now at the stage of needing to get a CPAP machine. I don't really know enough yet to ask specific questions, but I was wondering if anyone had any advice. Just tell me what you wish someone had told you :)
