Hello,
They are finding excuses to market green tea for everything from OSA to toilet bowl cleaner and a portion os society buys into the fad. I would need to see a long string of research studies regarding green tea and OSA before I even looked twice.
However, it is the obstruction that causes OSA and all the green tea in the world does not treat the obstruction. Treat the obstruction which creates the hypoxia, which creates the oxidative stress and you have no need for green tea.
In regards to this study you most likely would have the same result if you used a negative ion generator on the test rats for negative ions break down seratonin in the brain and would make them think more clearly. Negative ions are why it is refreshing to be near a waterfall, the ocean, and after a thunder storm.
