I tried what was called an OPAP with that type of set-up. It
severely dried my mouth out even with the humidifier all turned
up. I even set the CPAP up higher in an attempt to get warmer
room air as well. I went to a whole lot of expense and time for
nothing. You might have better luck with it though...

I'll stick with my full face...have you thought of turbinate surgery?
