Warning about Afrin...

Stupid. This was just stupid. I took Afrin too long, and I'm having rebound stuffiness. It's driving me nuts. I ran out of Flonase on our trip, so out of necessity, I started taking a Mexican brand of Vicks nose spray which is the same ingredient as Afrin. I couldn't breathe with my CPAP so felt I had no choice. NEVER will i run out of Flonase ever again. I'm in agony. I'm spraying saline spray and now my nose hurts I've been spraying it so much. It burns.

whew. Can't wait till THIS is over...
