Hello,

Many apnea sufferers die in their sleep from heart attack or stroke and the underlying cause of apnea is never identified.

Lack of sleep makes one tired, less exercise, more weight, hypoxia from apnea kills pancreatic beta cells, less beta cells less leptin, less leptin more appetite, more weight, more apnea, more hypoxia, less beta cells and your apnea and weight spiral upwards out of control.

Lose enough from your pancreas beta cells and you have diabetes on top of it all.

Great cycle.
