Multiple wakeups with erection

Hello All, I have mild sleep apnea. Everytime I wake up in the middle of the night I have an erection. This has been going on for nearly 2 years. The first wake up is usually a 2-3 hours after going to sleep. Then I wake up again in a couple hours with another erection. Each time I get up and pee to alleviate the erection. Usually it feels like I have a strong urge to urinate but then very little comes out. Then around 4:00 AM in the morning I am in a very light dreaming sleep, where I am still aware of my surroundings and have what seems to be a nearly constant erection. This lasts until I wake up, or get up to pee again.

Has anyone experienced this? I can't tell if the erection is waking me up or the apnea.?
