Thank you both ! Yes I'm getting treated for allergies (finally ! after 40 years of suffering I'm on alergy shots using flonaise and zyrtech as needed).

As for the in-the-nose plugs, I tried 4 different versions and sizes of those and they just dont fit me right, and even the tiniest jarring and they'd go off-center and one side would get obstructed. Whereas with the nose mask I find its very easy to alighn it right and keep it in place. But alas, the condensation dripping on my nose is annoying ! once I dropped the humidity 1 notch that helped a lot though.

Thanks for the suggestions ! And yes I'll look into Astellin ... the flonais doesnt really help with conjestion, it just keeps me from getting so much reaction to pollon.

I also asked my doc today about turning on the "ER" feature in the CPAP, which I discovered in the manaul but the tech company refuses to turn on with the doc's orders. I have to wait a week and submit the data from the device before he'll consider changing anything ... oh well ...
