Hi Daldei, My CPAP does not measure my blood oxygen levels as far as I know, it has a smart card which gets analyzed every 3 months and I receive a bar chart which is meaningless to me. I have had a dozen sleep studies since 1990 and it is always remarked upon that the level dropped to 70-80% and that I also have a erratic heart beat, that's all - no advice. I have also had home trials with a peg on my index finger which confirmed the reduced levels and lastly my Dental Surgeon insists that I have a peg on my finger during treatment and he sets the alarm high at 85% when he stops until it rises by deep breathing. A visit to the Dentist is problematical because I am horizontal and cannot breathe through my mouth so any reduction in nasal passages is bad. I will write again because tried an operation which failed. English Eric
