The original poster mentioned he had to send evidence of treatment compliance, which while I can agree seems a bit invasive, I can understand the public health concern. Although I dont see a difference between comercial drivers and public non-comercial drivers ... But ... are you saying that if you are diagnosed with Sleep Apnea then your license can get revoked even if you get treated ? Thats truely horrible ...
