Nose bleed on CPAP

I know it sounds ridiculous. I have had all the surgeries and have developed a couple of tricks of my own, but I am trying to get used to CPAP.
Last night I ended up with a few drops of blood from my nose. It was not a big problem, (yet) but I am wondering what others have experienced.
