Amtrak 30-day pass with CPAP

As further evidence of my rapid descent into dementia, I am considering the 30-day North American Rail Pass on Amtrak to travel across the U.S. and back through Canada. Does anyone have any experience/advice with rail travel with CPAP? I plan to make two stops to visit with family, otherwise it will be days on the train. Any insight will be appreciated.
