I've used several kinds of chin straps as well as the chin tape. Wasn't happy with any of them. About a year ago I found something called a snorender. It looked a little different but the web site had lots of information about snoring, not much about CPAP though, so I ordered one to see if it could help. It works very well and I have no problems using it with my mask either.
