Yes, happy with CPAP. Recommend it to you if you can tolerate it. I understand that some people cannot tolerate it. If you cannot tolerate CPAP, I suggest you opt for Maxilomandibular Advancement Surgery. In my opinion, it is the only surgery for OSA which has a good record of success. I would go so far as to recommend that you be very careful about any soft tissue surgeries. Soft tissue surgeries such as LAUP and UPPP often fail and can even backfire (people can become even worse).
CPAP remains the best option for most people. Sometimes the problem can be not enough pressure. If you feel that you are not getting enough air, speak to your respiratory therapist. They can adjust the machine to provide more air.
My advice is to do everything you can to get your head around accepting CPAP. Try to emininate any "mental blocks" if you have any. CPAP can reverse sleep apnea giving you back energy and preventing you from contracting related diseases caused by sleep apnea such as diabetes and high blood pressure, etc.
