It may be that the interaction between the several medications you are on are impacting your sleep. When I was on medications following hip replacement surgery, I was having very real dreams to the point I would be gesturing or reaching for something, continuing to act out my dream as I was coming awake. It was very disorienting as it seemed to take a few minutes to figure out whether I was awake or dreaming. This all stopped as the temporary meds were discontinued.

Medicines can be wonderful things, but there are many side effects and different people react differently. You might do research on the individual medications you are on and have some long discussions with your doctors. Maybe adjustments can be made. Best of luck to you.
