I saw the same thing on CNN a few years ago. I believe it was journalist Soledad O'Brien who was doing a piece on sleep apnea. She had a doctor with her. For the most part, her piece was good but then O'Brien made remarks about CPAP - i can't remember exactlay what she said, but it was something like if weight loss or mouth pieces didn't work "then you guys gotta wear those really goofy elephant masks" or some remark like that. I was pretty disappointed in her remark. I thought it was actually counter-productive. She was planting a negative idea in people's minds.
