Immediately advise your doctor and your insurance company that the sleep study was unsatisfactory and incomplete, that you don't feel the insurance company should have to pay for it and you would like another attempt at it. Yes, they should have used the ramping feature. It can take some practice to get used to the airflow. The secret is to relax into it, but that's easier said than done. Good luck.
