19 is a high pressure. Do you have anyone who can observe whether your mouth opens during sleep? If so, the CPAP will be ineffective. I would strongly urge you to contact your doctor about getting an autopap with the software so your nightly statistics can be monitored. You might not need a pressure of 19 all the time. Based on one sleep study (out of three), my pressure was set at 16. After getting an autopap, I discovered I did very well at lower pressures 95% of the time and only occasionally does it go up in the 15-17 range. A sleep study is a snapshot of one night.

Also, would it be possible to sleep without the Lunesta? It might give you a daytime hangover; I had bad side effects from it and was better without it.

Good luck.
