After my sleep study six or seven years ago, my pressure was set at 10. In talking to the sleep technician about the study results, I learned that I actually did well at pressures between 8 and 12, so they compromised and chose 10. As a result of that, I've always felt that CPAP is not an exact science. The 10cm pressure works well, but when I have a head cold I could use a higher pressure. At your pressure of 19, I wonder if you have problems with mask leaks. Hang in there and good luck.
