Chronic tongue pain

I am first time user of this great forum and wish to know if anyone has had chronic pain at the base of their tongue in the morning after using the CPAP machine? In addition I have muscle spasms in the same area and the left hand side jaw muscles. This condition has caused huge complications for me which includes the inability to speak on some bad days.

I have been using CPAP machine for approx. 10 years and have had many complications in the last two?
