I presume that by “not working,” you mean that the therapy is not having the desired effect, rather than the machine is not working to specifications.

First of all if you’re not using a heated humidifier, you should try using one, especially at such a high pressure. An unheated humidifier is generally a separate unit and does not need to be plugged in. If you’re using a humidifier that is integrated into your unit or that has a separate plug, it is heated.
