Canada has the same electricity (same voltage, frequency, and plug shapes) as the U.S. With some notable exceptions, this is the case in most of the western hemisphere. In the eastern hemisphere, also with some notable exceptions, the voltage is 220ish (it's 110ish here), the frequency is 50 (it's 60 here), and the plug shapes are different. For almost all CPAP machines, the voltage and frequency would not be an issue, but the plug shape surely would.

Also, the availability of distilled water is an issue other than in the U.S. or Canada. In any case, do not use distilled water sold in a filling station, it generally contains battery acid!
