I am not biting my tongue.

The pain is at the base of the tongue where it connects to the back of my throat. The pain is muscular related and I find my tongue pushed to the back of my throat first thing in the morning. The first movement of my tongue in the morning is so painfull it is unbearable. It progressively gets better as the day goes on.

Maybe my tongue is performing rapid movements during the night?? If I remember correctly, one of the CPAP's functions is to stop your tongue from blocking your throat???

Any one else experiencing the same condition?
