I would suggest trying the ResMed Mirage Activa mask, aka the Activa mask. The air cusion design of this mask allows a person to wear it a lot looser on your face and still achieve a good seal. This could help. Also, you might want to try a spot bandage right on the bridge where it rubs. Wear the spot bandage right under the mask seal. 3M makes some very good wet adhesive spot bandages. Find those and most major drug stores.

Never rub or touch the area of your face during the day where there's been mask irritation. It just makes things worse.
