You can put in a link to the company that manufactures cpap machines, etc. as long as they are not selling them on their site. I don't think any of the manufacturers do.

This one was tricky to track down. It was developed by a company called Hoffman Laboratories, LLC. FDA approval was given on December 31, 2005 - http://bcbsma.medscape.com/viewarticle/528417 -

Then another company, VIASYS Healthcare Inc., acquired the assets of Hoffman Labs in Nov. of 2006.
