Thank you for the response. I wish my UARS and asthma could be helped with diet and exercise, but I’m 5’10” 160 lbs and my diet is pretty good. I have a genetic disorder which causes COPD and in some eventually emphysema (good thing I don’t smoke). I did more research and talking to therapists and tech reps today learned Respironics’ auto will record inspiratory flow limitations, but won’t respond unless there is a hypopnea. The Goodnight 420E will adjust without hypopnea. Though I am probably spoiled with my CPAP with C-Flex and the Goodnight doesn’t adjust on exhalation, I think my choices are limited unless I learn something new in a day or two.
