Whether OSA is causative of cancer or not, I would expect cancer patients with untreated OSA to fare worse than those without OSA, or those with OSA that is being effectively treated.

People (including many doctors) have an attitude that treating sleep problems is a luxury, especially when other serious health problems are present. This is a deadly fallacy!
