Bella, UARS needs to be treated differently from OSA, especially if you have interactive diagnoses. Be very attentive to paradoxical respiration. Try to make sure you are belly breathing, but I don;t know what is possible with your other conditions. Try stretching carefully. Myofascial trigger points in the diaphragm, serratus anterior, and other respiratory muscles can contribute to shortness of breath and other problems such as you mention, and are often undiagnosed. Almost all chronic illess has a myofascail component, and their are treatments. Star Cat
