willys, you already have been given a lot of great advice here. I'd like to add that you may have insomnia as well as sleep apnea. The Lunesta may be insufficient to ensure stage 3 and 4 sleep. Ple3ase do take the good advice, but also consider talking to your doctor about referral to a sleep clinic. It isn't unusual for a person with sleep apnea to have other conditions, and the insomnia aspect may need multiple life style alterations as well as medication. Each person would be very different sio it would have to be tailored to your needs. Keep trying. You have a piece of the puzzle, and now you need to find another. Star Cat
